Start the UNPLUG Movement

At UNPLUG, we are dedicated to educating and bringing awareness to the rise of anxiety in young individuals due to the rise of social media.

About Us

UNPLUG is a campaign built for young people, by young people — created to address the growing mental health crisis driven by social media use among 16–22 year olds.

We know the pressure of constantly being online. The endless scrolling, the comparisons, the anxiety that comes with it. UNPLUG exists to start an honest conversation about how social media affects our mental health — and to encourage a healthier, more mindful relationship with the platforms we use every day.
